To return your product, you should send back your product to Boxish GI-34, 1ST Floor, Lawrence Road, Industrial Area, Lawrence Road, 110035 New Delhi Delhi, India, 110035 Delhi DL, India .You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If in case shipping is free during order booking still shipping cost will be deducted from your amount paid refund .

Custom boxes

In case of custom boxes no return/exchange/refund can be initiated. Custom Boxes are Complex product that's why we have given an option of 500 Boxes as a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).Start with an initial order of 100 Boxes to check the quality so that you will be indulge in minimum risk of Losses.

10) Color

In case of variation in the color of the paper, no return/exchange/refund can be initiated. Color depends on the supplies we are getting from paper mills, for Short-run Boxes it's not always possible to maintain the exact color.

11) Logo printing

  • In case of variation in color, size, shape of logo no return/exchange/refund can be initiated,
  • Logo printing is done using the Screen Printing Method.
  • Don't treat them as Good as artwork shown in Email or on digital Prints or on LED or Mobile Screens.

12) Size

  • If wrong size has been ordered  no return/exchange/refund can be initiated
  • Be particle with the Sizes +-5mm is possible in Some cases.

1.1/8 = 1.125

1.2/8 = 1.25

1.3/8 = 1.375

1.4/8 = 1.5

1.5/8 = 1.625

1.6/8 = 1.75

1.7/8 = 1.875

There is no such term 1.8/8 = We will treat it as Next number i.e 2 (eg if you have given an input of 12.8" as a Size we will treat it as 13")

13) Shipping Methods

Corrugated Boxes are Volumetric material, that why sometimes it Looks like we are charging more, The Customer is advised to be practical regarding it. We are trying to Create a method to be helpful to each and everyone.

There are Three methods of Shipping

a) Shipping by Boxify (Chargeable)

b) Self-Pick Up we will give you details of Shipping once the Product gets Ready.

c) Pincode-based Shipping (Currently Eligible in Some areas)

IMPORTANT

We generally use reputed Courier partners but sometime its not possible for them also being Corrugated boxes is a Volumetric Product , them we Choose some local transporters or Courier Partner to make it viable. We will upgrade this method time to time to keep the check.

14) Die & Keyline Charges (Processing Fee)

Folding Type Box , Auto Bottom Lock with RSB on Top, Reverse Tuck Flap Box, Auto Bottom Lock with full flap - these four Custom Box styles are Charged Die and keyline charges. The other two items are not Chargeable as they are made with handmade techniques to save these charges but this will sometimes deteriorate the Quality of Corner Cuttings. If you need that Die cut finish, You have to pay an extra amount for these two quality also.

15) Cancellation

Cancellation is tricky in packaging, we generally not do any cancellations, Still, we can cancel the orders within 2 Hrs of receiving an order, cancellation request will be required via email (office@boxify.co.in) with the order number mentioned in email during working hours (i.e 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Saturday, Sunday Close.

The return of payment mode will be the same as we received it.
