At Boxish, we aim to provide high-quality packaging materials that meet your expectations. Since packaging products are often ordered in specific quantities, sizes, and specifications, we have a defined return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product, size, or quantity was delivered.
• The product received does not match the specifications mentioned in the order.
• The package has been significantly damaged during transportation.
• Original invoice/order confirmation must be provided.
• Claims raised after the stated reporting window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Custom-sized or customized products made specifically according to the customer's requirements.
• Products with custom printing or branding, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing or printing error.
• Returns requested because of a change of mind after delivery.
• Products returned without prior approval from Boxish.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video to orders@boxish.in or +91 9136356555.
• We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund after verification.

Exchanges

• Exchanges (e.g., wrong size/color of a stock item) are allowed within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
• Custom-printed items cannot be exchanged unless defective.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us at orders@boxish.in or +91 9136356555 with the order number and issue details.
• Await approval and return instructions.
• Ship the item back (if applicable) as directed.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
• Once production/printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or transit damage).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
